Cupping * Crainiosacral Massage and bodywork are powerful healing modalities and I am beyond honored to be able to bring this practice to my community. I love to work with my clients to bring them back to their bodies and make them feel more at home within themselves — as a queer, non-binary person of color, I have often felt that it is easy to dissociate from yourself in order to survive, and that it is essential to care for yourself in a way that encourages you to thrive, not just survive. We all deserve to thrive, and I aim to help my clients find what their body needs in order to find that safe home within themselves. My massage style can best be described as treatment-focused relaxation, and I use steadying and intuitive techniques to encourage the body to find healing and forge a brain-body connection. I tend to gravitate more toward moderate pressure with bouts of deeper pressure. In a session with me, you can expect long holds and slow pacing in order to target your area of discomfort and treat it effectively. Techniques I commonly use in my practice are myofascial release, trigger point release, cupping, gua sha, and craniosacral therapy. I always encourage clients that I am a safe space, and any adjustments requested will be met free of judgement. My massage approach will always be body-kind, client-centered, and will meet you where you’re at, wherever that may be.
